Which languages do you provide service in?

We provide customer service in Estonian, Russian, and English.

Can I come without booking in advance?

Yes, if our mechanics are available. During peak season, we recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting.

How much does car diagnostics cost?

From €40. The price depends on the car brand and the scope of the check.

Do you prepare cars for technical inspection (Ülevaatus)?

Yes. We perform a full check-up before the inspection and, for customer convenience, we can complete the inspection on your behalf.
You don’t need to waste time going to the inspection station — just order this service at Mixauto.

What spare parts do you use?

We install both original spare parts and high-quality alternatives.

Can I bring my own spare parts?

Yes, but in this case, the warranty only covers the work, not the parts.

How long does repair usually take?

Simple jobs (oil change, brake pads) take 1–3 hours. More complex repairs are confirmed after diagnostics.

Do you provide a warranty on services?

Yes. All work is covered by a warranty of 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first).
Spare parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — usually 1 to 3 years, depending on the brand and supplier.

How can I pay?

By cash, bank card, or invoice (for companies).

What is the difference between “tire storage” and “tyre hotel”?

There is no difference. Both terms describe the same seasonal storage service.

How long do you store the tires?

The standard storage period is 6 months, but longer storage is possible on request.

How do I bring my tires to storage?

Bring your set to either Priisle or Telliskivi. We label and register it on arrival.

What are the storage conditions?

A clean, dry and temperature-stable indoor facility.

How fast can I get my tires back?

During the season the set is usually available the same day. Booking ahead is recommended.

Is tire washing included in the price?

No, washing is a separate service.

Can I choose the drop-off and pick-up location?

Yes, you can choose between Priisle and Telliskivi.

What is the price?

The price is 45 € / 6 months.
