What data we collect
- Request form: name, e-mail, phone, car registration number, selected service or parts, service point (Lasnamäe or Telliskivi), message and the page the request was sent from.
- Repair booking runs on The Garage App (book.thegarageapp.com). Data entered there is processed by that service under its own terms.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see below.
Why and on what legal basis
- Answering your request, quoting a price and agreeing on a time — steps needed to enter into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Protecting the form from spam (Google reCAPTCHA) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visit statistics and ad measurement — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Google Ads measurement: if you allowed marketing cookies, after you submit the form we send Google your email address and phone number in hashed form (SHA-256) so that Google can match the request to an ad click — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep data
We keep requests as long as needed to handle them and for possible claims, but no longer than the general limitation period for claims arising from a transaction — 3 years (Estonian General Part of the Civil Code Act, § 146(1)). Accounting source documents are kept for 7 years (Accounting Act, § 12(1)).
Who we share data with
- Zone Media OÜ (Estonia) — website hosting and sending the e-mails from site forms.
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (with consent), reCAPTCHA.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel (only with consent).
- The Garage App — repair booking.
We do not sell data.
